Docking Station Replacement Keys    If you need a replacement key for your docking station and you know the key number, you may order your key here. The cost is $11.95. If you do not know the key number, the procedure to get a replacement key is as follows: On Dock Stations and Mini Docks for (A, T, R, X & G series laptops), we can research the key number from information on the dock station. Call us at (781)440-9900 or toll-free at (800)448-4455 with the dock station in hand. The service charge for the research is $50.00 and this includes 1 key. For all other systems, the dock station must be sent to us for a manual key search. This means we must try the keys one at time until we find the correct key. We will return the system to you the same day we

receive it, assuming the job was scheduled with us in advance. If you ship overnight, you will be without the unit for one day only. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You must place a return shipping waybill with your account # on it, in the box in order to get the unit shipped back to you. The service charge for a manual key search is $50.00 if the dock station is empty (no laptop), and $75.00 if the laptop is installed in the dock station. Payment is by credit card or company check only. A reference # to put on the package will be provided when you call to schedule the service.
